Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 11, 2026 · Last Updated: October 11, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to RIAA Scaffolding LLC (“RIAA Scaffolding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, https://riaascaffold.com (the “Website”).

RIAA Scaffolding LLC provides scaffolding-related services in California, including scaffolding rental, delivery and pickup, installation, and dismantling for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

2. Website Information and Services

The Website provides general information about our business and allows prospective customers to submit inquiries regarding scaffolding services.

The availability of services, equipment, scheduling, pricing, and project acceptance depends on the specific requirements of each project, including location, site conditions, access requirements, equipment availability, and the scope of work requested.

Information presented on the Website is for general informational purposes and does not guarantee that a particular service is available or suitable for a particular project.

3. Quote Requests and Estimates

Customers may request a quote through our Website by submitting information such as their name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project details, and project address, where requested by the form.

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract, confirmed booking, or guarantee that services will be provided.

Any preliminary estimate or quotation may be revised after a site inspection, review of project specifications, assessment of access requirements, or clarification of the requested scope of work.

A project will proceed only after the applicable scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and other relevant terms have been agreed upon through an appropriate written agreement or other legally valid arrangement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing quotations and agreements carefully before authorizing work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers requesting or receiving our services are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about the project.
  • Providing the correct project address and disclosing known site conditions and access restrictions relevant to the requested work.
  • Confirming that they have the necessary authority to request the work and arrange access to the project site.
  • Providing safe and authorized site access as reasonably required for the agreed services.
  • Communicating relevant project requirements, scheduling constraints, and changes.
  • Complying with applicable laws and the responsibilities assigned to them under the relevant service or rental agreement.

Additional customer responsibilities may be established in a project-specific agreement.

Nothing in this section transfers a legal duty to a customer where applicable law assigns that duty to RIAA Scaffolding or another party.

5. Scaffolding Rental and Services

The services provided for each project will depend on the arrangement agreed upon with the customer.

Scaffolding rental, delivery, pickup, installation, dismantling, equipment handling, and other services must be identified in the applicable quotation or agreement.

Customers should not assume that equipment, labor, inspections, permits, site preparation, or other services are included unless expressly agreed upon.

Rental arrangements may be subject to additional written terms covering rental periods, permitted use, equipment care, damage, return requirements, and other applicable conditions.

Scaffolding must be used in accordance with applicable laws, safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, and the terms of the applicable agreement.

Only appropriately qualified and authorized persons may perform work for which applicable law requires specific qualifications or authorization.

6. Pricing and Project Changes

Pricing is subject to confirmation for each project.

Changes in project scope, site conditions, access requirements, equipment requirements, requested dates, or other material circumstances may affect pricing and scheduling.

Any changes to the agreed price, scope, or schedule will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and governing law.

No preliminary Website estimate or unconfirmed quotation guarantees a final price, delivery date, installation date, or completion date.

7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Project scheduling depends on service availability, equipment availability, site readiness, and other relevant circumstances.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, refund, and related terms will be established in the applicable quotation, rental agreement, or service contract.

Customers should review those terms before confirming a project.

No cancellation fee, deposit requirement, or refund restriction is created solely by these Website Terms unless otherwise agreed upon or permitted by applicable law.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
  • Use the Website to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
  • Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Website.
  • Introduce malicious software or attempt to compromise the Website.
  • Use Website content in a manner that infringes another party's rights or violates applicable law.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the Website and its users against misuse or security threats.

9. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate Website information. However, content may be changed, updated, or removed without prior notice.

Descriptions, photographs, examples, and other materials are not substitutes for a project-specific assessment, written quotation, or service agreement.

We do not guarantee that all Website content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Third-party websites operate independently and may have their own terms, policies, and practices. We do not control or guarantee the content, availability, or privacy practices of independent third-party services.

Accessing third-party websites is at your discretion.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability or that the Website will always be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing on the Website guarantees a particular project outcome, equipment availability, site condition, or service result.

To the extent permitted by law, RIAA Scaffolding LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.

This section does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. It does not waive or eliminate liability for negligence, personal injury, property damage, statutory obligations, or other matters where such a waiver would be unlawful.

Liability arising from actual scaffolding services must be addressed in the applicable service or rental agreement and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another party's rights, or material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify RIAA Scaffolding LLC for its own negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability where such an obligation is prohibited by law.

Any indemnification obligations relating to actual scaffolding services must be established in the applicable agreement and comply with California law.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information submitted through the Website may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, to the extent applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution provisions in the relevant service agreement.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our Website, business practices, services, or legal requirements.

Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and will not automatically modify an existing signed service agreement.
